Let me tell you a little story: a few years ago, I took over a newly acquired company that was presented to me as the “worst team ever” during my job interview in the USA. Of course, not everything was easy, but a few years later my teams and I managed to hand over this company as by far the best acquisition this US company ever had. I wanted to understand even better what I did more intuitively back then, so I completed two professional coaching courses. I am now a multi-certified High Performance Coach.
